RETURNS & REFUNDS
We will gladly accept the return of products that are deemed defective due to faults in manufacturing and/or workmanship.
We strive to work with local small makers and businesses to provide quality products. Please be aware that some products are not acceptable for returns such as food/beverage and bath/body products. Magazines are not returnable.

Fulfillment mistakes that may have been made which result in the shipment of incorrect products or quantities will also be acceptable for return.

Returns and refunds must be within 30 days from receipt of goods. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All of our products are listed in Canadian dollars prior to applicable taxes. Taxes are visible in the shopping cart, based on the customer’s provincial address.

SHIPPING
Our shipping rates are based on Canada Post rates. Currently we are only shipping within Canada. If you live locally, pick-up at our office is available with no shipping charge.

Your personal data will be used only to support your experience throughout this website, to manage access to your account and to fulfill your shopping order. We do not share your data with other parties.
